In the blizzard the wind was strong and bare
The snow was watery in cracks of despair
Naught has the glass shattered from the windows-
Yet; It was all a challenge, an excitement, a dare.
When the frost rifts into the words;
No longer could I feel them deep-
Wistfully I trudge on through the sleet
Each completion there’s a queer old sense-
Oh, “When you see me, weep”.
The landscape changes through life and time-
Past sunrise, as the light bounces off the peak
The peak of beauty, power, strength and beat;
I hear them, before the ghastly midnight chime-
The winds that flow under my wing; the winds I have flown-
Oh, “I feel it in my bones”.
A thousand thoughts flies through with a single sight
The thinking, the loneliness, night after night,
Never can I be rid of that urge to flee of my plight
Into the other worldly world – of freedom and light,
Yearning, struggling to fly – confined beneath the Beaumont;
Oh, but “here I am, trapped in the amber of the moment”.
Only if I can…just do it-
But you, you’ll never know it;
But I know that snow, that wind and blow,
Try save me – but wait, don’t;
I need not saving; leave me alone-
Fighting with words – eternally, in that storm and snow.

Writing.
It gives me power, unearthing.
Express my thoughts.
And they are not for naught.
I love you, the way you bring out my feelings.
I love you, how you can bring people connecting.
A common to share.
With nothing to snare.

Writing, a medium.
There are many ways to express this Elysium.
Whether it be a poem, a piece or a painting, there are many ways to share.
All you want to snare.
But writing is a love and a passion,
And not for the critical to create a commotion.
Writing is like a part of me.
It is like an endless tree.

What does writing mean to me? It means a lot of course. I love how this ‘world’ can help people relax, and share. I love how this ‘world’ can help me destress and express. In this myriad world, I can do whatever. Write sorrows, write sweets, write something, anything. No shame is brought when writing. No shame is brought when reading. Writing and reading, giving or taking, it all goes full circle. Writing makes people happy. Reading makes people happy. I am a reader, of novels, stories amore. They make me enjoy, laugh. All I wish, is to give writing a spotlight in the dark. (All of I wish for thee, is to give writing a chance.) It helps people, in whatever situation.
As the great Benjamin Franklin once said: Write something worth reading or do something worth writing. To me, writing is an informative, masterful medium. Any ideas, reasoning, thoughts or more, are written on a ‘pen and paper’. A mind is like an endless notebook, flipping its page to anything I want. Anything I’ve studied or seen has been written on a pen and paper. For which, writing helps nurture. Nurture life, when the text is about growing. Nurture minds, when the text is about learning. Nurture health, when the text is about well-being.
It’s an expression. Of my feelings, my thoughts, my ideas. I can share them or keep them for later. Lingering memories are expiring, yet writing keeps them fresh. Writing is awesome, like a treasure chest.

Writing has many benefits. It can help us in many ways, and to me, it is both important and yet fun. It is a way for us to express our feelings, unleash our imagination, relieve our stress, remember memorable incidents, and boost our creativity.
Writing is like a blob of plasticine. It can be molded to anything we want. We can
Writing can be used to express our feelings. For example, poetry can be used to tell others indirectly about things that happened, be it happy or sad. If we tell others about our problems aloud, we may feel shy, and our words will be jumbled together. No one will understand what we are trying to say, and they might even get frustrated. Writing helps us to convey the message effectively without any mishaps as we can plan what we want to say.
Sometimes, we have an imaginary world in our head and many ideas about thrilling adventures that unique characters have. It is uncomfortable to bottle up all of them and we also want to read a story about those adventures. As it is something original, it has never been written by any writer before. We can then jot it down and write a story about it. This way, we will never forget about that imaginary world, and we can read it next time. As we are in complete control of the story, we will be satisfied with our story and will appreciate the story even more.
Occasionally, we may read a story with an interesting plot, but it has an ending that we do not like. We can write our own version of the ending so that the story will be even better.
We can also write to pass time. For example, we could find several things around us and write a story involving those. This helps to pass time and boost our imagination.
For example, I could write a random story about a vase, a bird and a bookshelf. I can say that a malicious spirit of a bird was trapped in an ancient vase which was passed down from generation to generation. The vase was kept on a bookshelf and is on the verge of falling.
I can write stories like this to pass time and it also helps to boost our creativity as we are thinking out of the box. We are not writing stories about things that are real. Instead, we are exploring new plots and stretching our minds.
In conclusion, these are some reasons as to why I like writing.
